My name is Jason Green and I am in my second semester undergraduate at
John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am currently under the mentorship of Dr.
Frank Pezzella working on the sub-project, “Religiosity as a cultural protective
factor that facilitates favorable health and behavioral outcomes in African
Americans”. I am currently working as a research assistant assessing health
disparity and recidivism for recently released incarcerated persons. To this
end, I research recidivism rates, document recently opened cases and receive
calls to schedule faith-based interviews.
